I've been trying to spend a little more time lately getting back into some more macro-type photography (rather than just constantly taking quick random pictures of whatever I'm up to). This one's for you, Mom!On a less happy note, I failed my approach checkride today. I knew ahead of time that it was going to be my checkride, so I went into it really nervous and made a bunch of dumb mistakes. Halfway through I turned to my supervisor and told him that I didn't want that to be my checkride because that's NOT how I work traffic. It was one of the worst sessions I've had in a while. Ah well...I'll get to try again in a day or two.
