Happy Memorial Day, everyone!!Mark and I both had to work today (me the mid; he had a day shift), but we still had plenty of time later in the day to have fun. Our friend Jeff came over, so we played some ladderball for a while until we started getting eaten by mosquitoes.
I taught Jeff how to hard-boil eggs and turn them into deviled eggs. He suggested adding sriracha (Thai hot sauce) to them. They were fantastic!
Mark grilled up some ribs, potatoes, and swordfish (sorry, ate that too fast to take a picture), and we had some veggies and ice cream, too.
We rounded out the night with a few games of pool. Hope everyone had a great holiday!! :)
