I took this when Mark and I spent a long weekend in Baltimore and DC. I had decided that my picture theme for the trip would be taking pictures of other people taking pictures, and I managed to get this shot on the second or third day of the trip. These guys are standing on the steps of the Capitol Building; I have no idea who they are or where they're from, but it's fun to wonder about what brought them all to DC.
