Another day, another pile of food projects! First up is turkey meatballs for the soup.
Mmm...they smell great! The doggies kept hoping I'd drop some on the floor, but no such luck.
More veggies to chop...
...then roast.
Tada - more soup! I'll be freezing most of this, but what started as a spoonful to taste turned into a bowlful for dinner. Oops...but it was so tasty!
Next up...putting together the first batch of pot pies to freeze.
Done! I'll let these freeze overnight, then start the next batch in the morning.
