No matter how old I get, I'll always like watching trains go by. :)
Anyway, I got up early this morning with the intention of flying. However, I knew by the time I was halfway to the airport that I'd be staying on the ground today...it was disgustingly hazy, and by 9am it was already 90 degrees. Yuck!
I did at least take some time to clean up my plane a bit. I'm hoping to get back in the air again once this heat wave passes.
Since I had a little extra time before work, I made a tomato avocado melt. Slice up tomatoes and avocados, put them on a toasted english muffin, then top with with chopped up basil and shredded mozzarella cheese. Yum! The tomato and basil came from our garden. :)
