Another week, another hike! My buddy came with me again, so this time we decided to check out Lewis Falls, a 3.3 mile moderate hike to an 81' waterfall.
There were chipmunks everywhere today!
After a little while the trail started to get fairly rocky and a little steep.
We eventually came to an overlook that faced out into the valley. Almost there!
The trail map mentioned a stream crossing...I wasn't sure what to expect, but this wasn't very big!
Tada - waterfall!
The trail snaked back to the parking lot through a few miles of woods. I saw a fuzzy caterpillar along the way. :)
